Home State Bank chooses the Global DMS platform to streamline its appraisal valuation process.

Springfield, PA – Home State Bank has now fully rolled out the Global DMS platform to streamline its appraisal valuation process. Home State Bank joins a growing group of lenders who utilize the platform for managing loan officers, request for appraisal, assignment, distribution, and delivery.

The Global DMS platform provides secure Internet access for personnel and contracted vendors such as appraisers involved in the loan approval process.

Using Global DMS, Home State Bank’s internal personnel publish bid requests, review the vendor bids, and engage the vendor, while tracking every step of the engagement and review process via their Web browsers. Consequently, Global DMS reduces the number of interruptions caused by status questions. Extensive faxing and "phone tag" are virtually eliminated by the system. The platform also acts as a repository for appraisals, environmental reports and other documents created or reviewed in the process.

“Having Home State Bank choose Global DMS technologies to help facilitate our appraisal management operations is a very exciting opportunity,” said Vladimir Bien-Aime, President, Global DMS. “We look forward to serving them in both their current and future needs.”

With Global DMS, all information is tracked in a centralized database which provides specialized information to each type of user. Outside vendors are able to view their own bid requests and awards, but all private information is secured. Standard web browsers can be used for all access including interactive reporting.
